For our Site Training department within Offshore Construction Site Resources we are looking for a Training Specialist.
You will be part of the Site Training team that analyses, develops, operationalize, coordinate and assess training requirements for hundreds of offshore employees and contractors worldwide in order to ensure the fulfillment of the competence requirements from our Offshore projects.
The core tasks of the team are to identify competence requirements, analyze options and develop learning products and handover to training execution.
How to contribute to our vision
As a Training Specialist, you will support the development of Offshore site personnel by analyzing task and project related competence requirements. Then develop and operationalize the needed training products. Further you will help monitor and assist in getting our technicians through their on-the-job process in close coordination with operational leaders and in alignment with the project execution workflow.
Your working responsibilities will cover:
- Analyze if there's a training need. Collect data, discover possibilities rather than limitations and give your recommendation to a realistic and good solution.
- Development of a useful learning product using the ADDIE model, creating instructions that are easy-to-follow and align with our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Monitor and assist on logbook completion. On-the-job training is important, and we are constantly looking to optimize the process with quality and safety in mind.
- Communicate with the project sites and back-office. Ensuring that our training products are aligned with site management and the technicians that receive it. We want to make their daily working life easier, not more complicated.
- End to end responsibility from initial specification of competencies required to assessment of operational impact, including framework integration, event coordination and training execution.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for someone with an interest in competence development, a solid focus on delivering effects that bring value to the organization and can relate to the operational environment that our target audience works in.
You have strong analytical skills and a mindset that allow you to quickly screen, and scope competence deficiencies identified operationally.
You may have experience with project management or a record of creating and deploying training products. As a person you possess inquisitiveness and enjoy the curve-ball nature of being the first line of support for the operational business.
In return of your commitment we offer you…
