For our Project Documentation Management team, we are looking for a maternity cover for the position of Team Lead, Document Control & Quality Documentation Coordination. The position will be approximately for one year from June 2023. The person will be responsible to lead a global team of individuals in multiple locations (Denmark, Germany, Poland, UK, Taiwan) with overall responsibility regarding QDC and DC team performance and allocation to projects.
How to contribute to our vision
As Team Lead, Document Control & Quality Documentation Coordination your task will mainly be:
- Functional management of the global team, i.e. managing and developing team members on a daily basis (about 15+ people)-
- Responsible for hiring new team members and their onboarding
- Support Quality documentation Coordinator and Document Controllers in their individual development and personal growth
- Allocate team members to projects according to resource planning, forecasting and budgeting of headcounts throughout the fiscal year
- Perform competence assessments and individual performance evaluation of the team members
- Manage/Lead internal improvement initiatives and handle priorities related to the Quality Documentation Coordination and Document control
- Drive initiatives to achieve great culture, engaged people and a connected team
What you need to make a difference
Besides a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change, we are also looking for:
A motivating team player, who is resilient, responsible, and structured with excellent communication skills. You interact with stakeholders high and low in the organization as well as external stakeholders. You are motivated by providing quality results within the deadlines and are happy to work in a dynamic organization and environment. Furthermore, you are openminded person with leadership attitude.
You have an academic degree and experience in coordinating a team. Relevant expertise in HR processes is an advantage. We are looking for somebody who is familiar with organizing global teams from remote locations and has project experience within a global organization. It is an advantage if you have good knowledge of the labour market regulations in Denmark and Poland. If you have experience from the energy or wind power industry it is an advantage as well.
You should have excellent people management skills. As a person you are structured, and you are known to bring structure to the teams you work with. Good at juggling various challenges at the same time, e.g. ensuring performance of the team today and identifying and implementing improvements for the future.
It is a big advantage if you thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are familiar with working in large organizations. It is therefore important that you have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
