For our Site Training team within Offshore Construction Site Resources we are looking for a self-driven Team Lead for our Training Coordination team.

The core tasks of the Training Coordination team is to drive the planning and budgeting of training, as well and booking and execution of training for technicians ensuring they are qualified to execute our offshore projects.
How to contribute to our vision
The team lead will be part of the Site Training team that creates, analyses, implements, books and monitors training requirements for hundreds of offshore employees and contractors worldwide in order to ensure the fulfillment of the training and competence demand from our Offshore projects.
As a Team Lead, your main responsibilities will cover:
  • Cross functional and cross-country team leadership of training coordinators and technical trainers, with a total of 10 direct reports
  • Team and employee development
  • Setting objectives to match the current strategy as well as follow ups and feedback
  • Sourcing and co-operation with both external and internal training providers
  • Training Coordination for technicians (+600 employees) including linked tasks such as certificate handling and support in our Learning Management System
  • Planning of training activities based out of our Esbjerg training facilities and at projects
  • Outlining of training budgets for technicians and Site Management
The Team Lead will report to the Head of Site Training. You will have an outstanding opportunity to work in a cross-functional and highly professionally business training environment. This job offers great learning opportunities and full insight into all elements of offshore project execution.
You must expect 10 - 15 travel days per year.

  • Navigating in a busy and dynamic environment where the situation changes from day to day comes naturally to you
  • You have excellent delegation skills and can adjust your leadership style to fit the given situation
  • You generally demonstrate a “why not” attitude, are self-driven, but also possess a great sense of team spirit
You have excellent communication and English skills, both orally and written
