How to contribute to our vision
For our Agile Portfolio Operations team within the Software Solutions division, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated SAFe Epic Owner to be responsible for driving IT projects, that will have significant impact to SGRE.
As Epic Owner, you will work on some of our most complex, cross-functional software projects, known as epics, making sure that all needed coordination and requirement definition is done and agreed with all stakeholders.
You will coordinate tasks with stakeholders from all levels of the company, from senior management all the way to development teams, where you will make sure that deliveries are made in a timely manner and to the agreed quality.
Your tasks will include:
  • IT/Software project management (Plan, prepare, and coordinate software Epics based on customer requests)
  • You collaboratively define the Epics, its minimum viable product, and the Lean business case and get approval for implementation
  • Once approved, you facilitate implementation by working with the Agile Release Train (ART) and Solution Train stakeholders to define the Features and Capabilities that realize the value of approved Epics
  • Management reporting on progress, KPIs and project overview
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone that wants to make a difference and who wants to change the world to renewable energy.
The ideal candidate holds an academic degree in IT or Computer Engineering in combination with thorough practical experience with project or program management. We expect you to be experienced with SCRUM methodologies to the extent that you can act as an advisor, and at the least familiar with SAFe methodologies as well. An understanding of cybersecurity and SCADA products are advantageous.
Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
