How to contribute to our vision
As a Portfolio Business Analyst within the Offshore Execution organization, you will be a part of the Project Portfolio Optimization (PPO) team, whose responsibility is to proactively foresee business challenges and internal consultancies on project interdependencies. Our mission is to influence stakeholders by spearheading the development of new solutions and optimization opportunities.
A crucial aspect of this role is to proactively identify optimization concepts within our portfolio of projects. Your capability to map the business flow, gather and analyze the right data combined with your stakeholder management skills will enable you to provide valuable inputs to our community on a portfolio level. In this role you will...
  • Be an internal consultant that will impact business decisions and processes with your work
  • Design strategies and build tools to solve business problems or inefficiencies
  • Connect with various stakeholders across the organization and collaborate with them
  • Scope management requests and deliver the right input and message for decision making
  • Be exposed to a large community handling complex projects that offer many learning opportunities and interesting insights, your work will cover the entire value chain of wind projects of a global and leading technology enterprise working across borders
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. In addition,
You hold at minimum a bachelor’s degree a technical field in combination with business focus.
You have experience at a consultancy firm / boutique or held a strategy related role in a large industrial environment.
  • You understand data systems and projects with complex workshare
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of data visualization and comprehensive delivery is a definite plus
  • Use of data visualization in tools like Power BI/Tableau
  • You enjoy solving problems and have strong analytical skills
  • You can balance your workflow from building your tools to create presentations carrying your analysis
  • You are at ease with interacting pro-actively with various functions and building a network
  • You are a team player with excellent communication skills and an innovative mindset, but also the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in both oral and written English
