As project coach, you work within the execution project management organization and focus on identifying, designing, supporting, and implementing global PM organizational change/development strategies, plans and programs, which help create the environment for a culture of high performance and employee thriving in the nature of “People & Performance”.
How to contribute to our vision
The project coach engages with the whole PM organization from Sales handover until final delivery of the windfarm to Service and Customer, interplaying and interacting with the WTG and Construction packages to support flawless execution.
You will directly influence project team development to develop high performing individuals and teams through team and individual coaching and Foster Action Learning techniques so individuals and groups at all levels can consciously practice and learn from role modelling the culture and performance exhibited.
Develop and implement strategies and techniques which directly affect & enable employee wellbeing and engagement, while advocating and coaching the attitudes and behaviors of Safety Leadership across all levels.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
The ideal candidate has successfully worked within complex matrix organizations delivering project and people development on a global scale. We also imagine that you have minimum 5 years of professional working experience.
Additionally, we imagine you bring:
- English proficiency
- Strong grasp of Appreciate Inquiry
- Possess Strengths Based Coaching theory and skills
- Facilitation skills, holding smaller and larger groups in a meaningful and productive way
- Possess high level skill to create and implement organizational development designs – in collaboration with internal clients
- High levels of collaboration and genuine interest in organizational relationships
- Great curiosity for people and team development
- Profound understanding of social/human systems
- Work related travel expected can be up to 100 days.
