A Snapshot of Your Day

As Head of Site Management & Installation Lead, you will oversee and coordinate all Pre-Assembly activities, ensuring safe and efficient on-site execution while maintaining a strong culture of safety and operational excellence. You will mentor and support Installation Leads in planning, execution, and reporting, keeping all workstreams aligned with budgets, schedules, and quality standards. Your responsibilities will span multiple sites as you monitor progress, manage assigned resources, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop high-performing teams committed to delivering successful results.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of Installation Leads, fostering safety accountability and continuous development.
  • Coach and upskill Installation Leads to take on broader site management responsibilities, including safety leadership and contract oversight.
  • Monitor progress across multiple sites, overseeing resource allocation, subcontractor performance, and risk mitigation.
  • Apply your understanding—and ideally hands-on experience—of onshore and offshore wind project site management to support sound decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and accountability for safe site operations.
  • Drive lessons learned, knowledge sharing, and continuous process improvements based on site feedback and operational insights.


What You Bring

  • A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within construction and with a strong subcontractor management background.
  • A proven track record of leading diverse teams and coordinating multiple workstreams on large-scale projects.
  • Solid knowledge of HSE standards, lifting operations, and best practices in site management.
  • Proficiency in project reporting, scheduling, and performance monitoring tools.
