Position Overview: For our Blade Module Management department within the Technology organization, we are looking for a highly skilled specialist for our Project Management Office. The Project Management Office is responsible for blade portfolio planning and module governance. As Product and Innovation Manager Blades or PMO specialist, you will expect a very high level of collaboration with stakeholders within Blade Technology and across the value chain.
How to contribute to our vision
As Product and Innovation Manager Blades or PMO specialist you will be working on maintaining the various blade portfolios, ensuring quality of our deliverables as well as driving process excellence. You have a development mindset and continuously seek to improve the capabilities of the organization in how to work and what to do. You will work closely with peers and other stakeholders within blade design, manufacturing, and procurement, and hence you need to have a good understanding of the value chain and be excellent in communication.
It is important that you have a holistic organizational view and are ready to actively involve yourself in defining the module strategy, product portfolio, business processes and quality assurance for projects within the blade organization. Thus, an advanced level of organizational knowledge is required. In your day to day, you will be working closely with other PMO functions in Technology and Operations align and develop the way of working of the blade organization.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for person who is an experience professional and leads by example. You hold a MSc degree in a technical subject, business administration, quality management and have relevant work experience in these topics. You have a solid understanding of business processes and portfolio management. You have working experience in a manufacturing company preferably within the wind, automotive, naval or aerospace industry

  • Proven track record of portfolio management
  • Result-driven and proactive attitude
  • An eye for detail
  • Affinity to digital systems
  • Living and/or working experience in an intercultural environment
  • Structured and organized and able to lead change
  • Outgoing, determined and persistent with strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Motivated by making things happen and at the same time shaping the strategy and direction of the future'
Excellent English skills both orally and in writing are a must in the international team, and it is of highest importance that you can communicate your results in a clear and convincing manner.
