You will join the team of Competence and Training, which is responsible for training in the offshore and onshore blade manufacturing organizations. Here you will be working with a global team of project managers and trainers on training, evaluations and certifications
Competence and Training consists of a team located in Aalborg and a few colleagues working out of other countries. This position is ideally based in Vagos, Portugal or Bangalore, India. But do not hesitate to apply if you are located anywhere else and feel you would be a great match for the position.
How to contribute to our vision
You will be responsible for developing and conducting training of trainers, primarily related to our onshore product portfolio.
Your ongoing tasks will be:
- Analyse training needs
- Training Design and Development
- Organize training
- Conduct training
- Global Training Evaluation/Effectiveness
- Update training courses and materials
- Conduct and evaluate training of trainers
- Implementation of new training concepts
- Introduce local trainers to new training concepts
- Re-certification of local trainers
- Facilitate quarterly trainer meetings
- New/current plant training of trainer
Furthermore you will be assisting with planning of training and conducting training when we open new plants or introduce new products to existing plants.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
- Previous experience in production or processes (mandatory)
- Previous experience in any activity related with training or coaching will highly valued
We are also looking for person who is very customer minded, excellent in communication and can communicate on all levels of a big international organization. It is important to have a good overview and the ability to handle several assignments at the same time.
It is important you master a high level of English orally and written, and it will be an advantage if you also master a high level of Spanish/Portuguese.
Having worked with different cultures is an advantage, having an open mindset and being tolerant and understanding of differences is a requirement.
Preferably you have experience working in an educational department within the wind industry.
Expect frequent traveling in the upcoming years but a decrease over time as the new framework is implemented in our onshore plants.
Travel might vary from 10-20% on a yearly basis for the next couple of years.
