How to contribute to our vision
In the APAC Warranty Management, we are looking for a Warranty Manager who has an interest and experience in contract & claim management. The Warranty Management team are responsible for settlements in both technical, commercial and legal matters.
We are a dedicated team who is looking for a colleague who efficiently and competently can lead and negotiate difficult customer dialogues, e.g. claim discussions in the Offshore business. You need the ability to manage timely closure on complex cases and ensure alignment with internal and external business partners. You will provide business-oriented solutions and directions to complex issues to the business and therefore you need the ability to be able to evaluate all risks in accordance to internal guidelines to avoid exposing the company to unacceptable risks.
You will conduct lessons learned and proactively initiate preventive actions. Furthermore, you will support the team in defining and implement new strategical projects to ensure efficiency and development in the warranty management organization.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. Furthermore, you have a strong technical background at bachelor’s or master’s level, combined with at least 5 years' professional experience in handling multinational customers. In addition, you have the following skills set:
  • Ability to understand legal, commercial and technical issues and to negotiate with customers in a trustworthy atmosphere.
  • Seniority needed in terms of communication and negotiation skills
  • Significant experience in contract & claim management, preferably in the execution of contracts with multiple interfaces
  • Be a team player
  • Ability to build relationships with multinational teams
  • Result-oriented, proactive and open-minded to new working methods.
  • You are energetic and work persistently towards achieving your goals.
  • Possess strong analytical and outstanding communication skills and are fluent in English, Chinese both orally and in writing.
