Senior Lean Project Manager

As per attach word document We are looking for a Senior Lean Project Manager to join our dynamic and engaged Service Industrialization Center (SIC) team which is part of Global Operations in the Service Business Unit of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy.
The primary responsibility of the role is to ensure that each regional organization have the appropriate work processes and lean tools in place for doing planned and unplanned service actives and that these are standardized and continuously improved. You will be expected to both facilitate and participate in the development, improvement and implementation of the various optimizations within Service. There is approximately 40-80% travel required within the role for visiting regional offices and sites around the world.
The role is to be based out of SGRE’s offices in APAC and will report to the Manger for the LEAN department within SIC.

What are my responsibilities?
Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Mapping and analyzing site execution, tender and subcontracting processes
- Detecting and keeping an overview of the potential improvement areas
- Initiating and leading optimization projects related to site execution, tender, and subcontracting together with the regional units
- Coaching and training employees in lean methodologies
- Ensuring knowledge sharing and use of best practice between and across regional units
- Supporting development and implementation of the lean roadmap
What do I need to qualify for this job?
You have a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Construction, or Logistics Engineering and profound knowledge of lean methodologies, combined with at least 7+ years' practical experience in project management, lean management, and the implementation of changes within the field of manufacturing, logistics or construction. Experience in the wind energy business will be deemed an advantage.
As a person, you have an analytical and structured mindset as well as a result and quality-oriented approach to your work. Furthermore, you are a dedicated team player with strong problem solving and leadership skills. You possess excellent English skills both orally and in writing, and you are an experienced user of MS Office applications and preferably of SAP and MS Project.
