Production Controller_Nacelle Plant

You will provide professional service and expertise in a broad, overarching and unspecified area of financial matters in a manufacturing plant, which includes books keeping, planning, analysis and reporting. You will work closely with technical heads and ensure high data quality and forecast accuracy on Revenue recognition and Production controlling.
Load Plan
- Active Controlling - Planning - Reporting
- Understand necessity of Load plan and Production on plan
- Understand different sides of Load Plan (D/C/P/I/B) and follow up regularly changes of load plan with relevant impact on Revenue
- Identify risk and opportunity and advice management with potential financial impact
Direct Material Cost Controlling
- Active Controlling - Planning - Reporting
- Align deviations with responsible departments
- Evaluate if permanent or one-time effect
Direct Production cost (routing) Controlling (available, productive)
- Controlling - Ensure / align correctness of data
- Ensure correctness of Production Orders - Ensure consistency with relevant guidelines
- Ensure correctness of work center/routing in SAP
Costing
- Active Controlling - Planning - Reporting - Ensure compliance with guidelines
Sales / Production on Order Controlling
- Active Controlling - Variance analysis
- Align deviations with responsible departments
- Fix postings - Ensure correctness of settlement rules - Ensure correctness of F-Prices on Sales Orders
- Ensure correctness of Plan values on Production on Orders
ICC / Revenue recognition
- Active Controlling - Planning - Reporting
- Ensure compliance with Guidelines
- Understand MTO - POC calculation - Ensure correctness of settlement rules
Your qualifications
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration or similar
- You have more than five years' experience in commercial or controlling areas, previous experience from accounting, reporting and controlling tasks in complex environment will be an advantage
- As a person you are result-/solution-oriented, well-structured, diligent and a dedicated team player with strong analytical skills
- Good command of SAP and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, VBA) is required
- You possess excellent English skills, both orally and in writing
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are capable of working with people from different cultures and organizational levels
