As Portfolio Manager within the Technology organization, you will be a part of the Nacelle Module Management team, whose responsibility is to proactively evaluate and monitor module project execution performance, to define overall strategy and action plan. Our mission is to optimize module portfolio with clear focus & prioritization in order to have balanced condition on capacity vs demand picture.
A crucial aspect of this role is to proactively identify optimization concepts within our portfolio of projects within module. Your capability to map the business flow, gather and analyze the right data combined with your stakeholder management skills will enable you to provide valuable inputs to our community on a portfolio level. This is your opportunity to influence and impact business decision making and be part of a skilled and ambitious team.

How to contribute to our vision
  • Be an internal consultant that will impact business decisions and processes with your work
  • help to use data meaningfully and measure TE portfolio performance with more transparency
  • Do Housekeeping to maintain the data and standard Project Management systems up to date (i.e. Meisterplan, PRT tools)
  • Lead to an increased ability to plan and anticipate risks
  • Enable the portfolio to be executed in compliance with PLM@SGRE, strategic goals and roadmaps
  • Manage overall Module Portfolio & continuous evaluation and monitoring mechanism in terms of measuring module KPIs and prioritization activities
  • Ensure more agile portfolio reviews, minimizing manual work across the organization
  • Strengthen ability to re-prioritize in response to changing market requirements
  • Upskill our organization with regards to project and portfolio mgmt., people will grow in that journey
  • Connect with various stakeholders across the organization and collaborate with them
  • Lead scope management requests and deliver the right input and message for decision making
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…
  • Minimum a bachelor’s degrees in field of engineering in combination with business focus
  • Experience at a consultancy firm / portfolio management or held a strategy related role in a large industrial environment
  • Good understanding of data systems and projects with complex work environment
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of data visualization and comprehensive delivery is a definite plus
  • Use of data visualization in tools like Power BI/Tableau
  • Problem solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Interacting pro-actively with various functions and building a network
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and an innovative mindset, but also the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in both oral and written English
