How to contribute to our vision
As Agile Enterprise Coach and member of our Lean-Agile Center of Excellence with extensive knowledge of Lean-Agile development principles and practices including the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®), you will as Certified SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC) lead, guide, advice, train, coach, and mentor others at SGRE on how to apply SAFe (Lean-Agile methods, DevOps, and Systems Thinking) to improve the way we design, build, test, and deploy products, systems & solutions to the market. In this role you will:
- Lead operational excellence in SGRE units using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) by focusing on relentless improvement and continually improving efficiency, practices, and results to optimize business performance
- Communicate and promote the organization’s vision to adopt Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®); be certified and qualified to teach SAFe® courses to others at SGRE. Facilitate Value Stream Identification Workshops & help define and optimize Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
- Prepare teams and “teams of teams” made up of engineers, leaders, and business stakeholders to put into practice their newly acquired skills as they launch Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
- Host workshops, facilitate discussions, help Agile teams and Agile Release Trains to plan incrementally, iterate and execute their plans.
- Actively listen to engineers and leaders during training courses, workshops, and consultations to understand their challenges and offer suggestions to help them understand how to improve SGRE’s Business Agility.
- Participate in important SAFe® events like Program Increment (PI) Planning and Inspect & Adapt (I&A). Teach, coach, mentor while modeling to others the principles and practices of SAFe®.
- Become an active member of the SGRE Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) working to successfully continue our journey to transform our organization using SAFe®.
- Identify opportunities and suggest innovative ways to automate portions of our delivery pipeline increasing productivity and quality while shortening time to market. Analyze business processes with respect to standardization, simplification, integration and discontinuance.

A motivating team player, who is resilient, responsible, and structured with excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders high and low in the organization as well as external stakeholders. You are motivated by providing quality results within the deadline and are not frightened of working in an ever-changing organization and environment. Furthermore, you have an analytical mindset, exceptional coordination skills, commercial understanding, solid technical competencies, strong cross-functional leadership and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Furthermore, we expect you to have a master’s degree in software engineering, computer science, data science electrical engineering or related fields and have several years’ engineering experience with demonstrated technical and professional skills in Systems Engineering or Agile Software Development. You are experienced and qualified in SAFe® and ideally already a Certified SAFe® Program Consultant, qualified and experienced in teaching SAFe® courses.
We expect that you are proficient at analyzing unusual and complex issues while driving for results in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment and have highly developed and demonstrated communication skills, oral and written, to collaborate effectively across the organization and thrive in a dynamic, intercultural environment distributed across several countries.
You have strong interpersonal skills including actively listening, leading people, coaching, consulting, and resolving conflicts with people. You are a bold, passionate, proactive innovator who has or is willing to participate with others leading SGRE through the transformation to SAFe®.You have strong management skills to lead, plan, prioritize, and execute work in efficient and effective ways to meet or exceed objectives on time with quality.
You possess excellent English language skills both orally and in writing. Danish, German and/or Spanish language skills would be helpful.
