How to contribute to our vision
- Continuously initiates, supports and coaches Lean activities and structural optimizations on production area level.
- Drives and supports all Lean activities in the defined area of responsibility.
- Deploys standards and description of methods and processes, and develops respective documentation.
- Analyzes processes or disruptions, identifies weak points, develops solutions and supports implementation.
- Evaluates costs / benefits of the project and controls measure implementation.
- Prepares, distributes and trains subject and method knowledge, and shares about best practices.
* Participates in work groups / projects, and moderates meetings, workshops. * Completes coaching programs for implementing change processes and activities effectively.
- Realizes subject knowledge in the calculation of investment decisions resp. implementation plans.
What you need to make a difference
- University Degree in Industrial Management (preferably)
- 3 years experience in production
- Professional experience in an industrial environment in which lean tools apply (preferably automotive industry)
- Lean Manufacturing Training
- Automation knowledge
- Communication skills, proactive, sense of rigor and discipline, team spirit
- Portuguese native, English B1-B2 (mandatory) , Spanish (desirable)
