How to contribute to our vision
The position as Senior Strategy and Sourcing Excellence gives you an exciting opportunity to develop and contribute to a highly specialized Sourcing & Contracting Excellence team.
Your responsibilities:
  • Responsible for special projects and tasks program management within Strategy and Sourcing excellence function
  • Senior representation of S&SE team towards X-functional teams/tasks
  • Follow up with different cross-functional teams within Procurement, Master Data Team, Plants SCM, Export Control Teams, Warehouse Teams at Plants, Supplier Quality teams on progressing all project related material onto the purchasable status.
  • Acting as Go-To person for both ON and OF BUs from N P point of view in relation to projects' material status and Gateway process flow for all plants prior to projects' SOP date
  • Act as single of point of contact from N P side towards the BUs as an escalation gate related to all material readiness status in all plants/projects during projects' serial production
  • Support Global Commodity Managers in their mission to maximize their efficiency KPIs in managing projects' demand on time from negotiation closure point of view and correct allocation of share of wallet to fit project demand.
  • Support in identifying areas of improvements and implementing lessons learned in material readiness/projects Gateway processes for ON/OF BUs.
  • PMO within N P S&SE function for all special projects and cross-functional activities, ex. cost out programs.
  • Strategic Procurement General/reporting templates’ development/management, Quality checks with deep-dives for managed Commodities
  • Commodity Circles strategy review sessions’ preparation, suppliers’ workshops tracking for Cost out initiatives, Commodity circle calendar management
  • Initiating regular pulse checks for Commodity Circles & alignment with Cross Functions and TE module boards
What you need to make a difference:
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
We are also looking for:
  • A successful University degree(preferably in Engineering, MBA is a plus)
  • Approximately 15 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in setting up projects/processes with multi stakeholders engagement
  • General understanding of Business products and markets
  • Superior written communication skills
  • Managerial skills to lead business partners in a global virtual network
  • Thought leader on Game Theory (Bargaining and auction theories) negotiation methods
  • Good business sense to get the maximum results out of negotiations and design contracts with a business/entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience in negotiating multi-million euro contracts, in multinational company environments
  • Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and large suppliers at management level
  • Perfect command of English (German/Spanish knowledge is a plus)
