For our department we are looking for a Sales & Procurement Interface Expert. This exciting opportunity integrates procurement in the project management process during the Sales phase and into sales teams for Offshore and Onshore within growing markets as well as new countries. How to contribute to our vision
As part of the role, you will:
- act as ONE interface within the Operations Planning team and coordinate all procurement-related topics between the Sales and Procurement teams
- support project stakeholders through a proactive approach and systematic communication of relevant Procurement information to assure best possible negotiation position
- review customer contract for any critical procurement-related clauses and/or deviations to standard procurement processes incl. approvals of such and target to avoid customer driven procurement restrictions
- confirm project-specific local content commitment based on supply chain planning for project procurement and direct materials in close alignment with Procurement and Strategic Planning
- be responsible for identification of Raw Material related risks as well as their mitigation in close alignment with Sales and Procurement teams
- manage Procurement Statements & SBA approval process (Management briefings)
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for:
- you have successfully completed a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, supply chain, logistics, science or an equivalent analytical field
- you have several years of professional experience in a global environment within the areas of strategic procurement, supply chain management, operations, commercial project management or sales
- you have experience in contract management
- you are strong in managing stakeholders, networking, cultural awareness, decision-making and you are self-motivated
- you have a systematic and structured approach to your assignments
- you have excellent communication skills in English skills - both orally and in writing - and you are an advanced user of Microsoft Office
- travelling of up to 20% of your time is no problem for you
