Step into a high-impact role at the center of Siemens Gamesa’s Onshore turnaround journey. As Project Manager Culture for Onshore Strategy Implementation, you will partner closely with the Head of Strategy Implementation Onshore and be tasked with strategic and confidential projects.

You will lead mission-critical projects, initiatives, and analysis to turnaround and transform the business across Onshore, working across organizational levels to shape actionable strategies that accelerate the business transformation.

This is a role where judgment, ownership, and the ability to navigate complexity are essential—and where your contributions will directly influence the future direction of the business.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Lead and orchestrate transformation projects across the Onshore business, ensuring alignment with strategic messaging, making our business transformation into something tangible that everyone can experience.
  • Support decision making processes of top leadership with clarity, precision, and strategic relevance.
  • Prepare, lead, and follow up on high-stakes leadership meetings, capturing critical insights and turning decisions into clear action plans.
  • Work across functional boundaries—technical, product, financial, and legal—to ensure holistic understanding and decision-making.
  • Create accessible, simple, and consistent messaging that becomes the single source of truth for the organization, strengthening alignment and organizational memory.
  • Drive discipline and process adherence through engaging communication, ensuring employees understand expectations without feeling overwhelmed or disengaged.
  • Introduce visible symbols of pride and belonging, such as “back-to-office” champions, recognition medals for high-performing sites, and other tangible elements that reinforce identity and achievement.
  • Design flashy, high-energy digital campaigns that cut through the noise—leveraging site TVs, digital signage, dashboards, and other multimedia channels to capture attention.
  • Orchestrate a diverse portfolio of communication formats, including weekly messages from ON CEO, short “snackable” videos, progress counters (e.g., masterplan fill rate), competitions, and interactive challenges.
  • Ensure all communication touchpoints reinforce the transformation narrative, strengthening focus, accountability, and service-centric culture across the business.


What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in corporate or internal communications, change communication, or employer branding—ideally within complex, global, or technical organizations.
  • A proven ability to translate complex strategies into simple, accessible, and memorable messages, ensuring clear understanding across diverse audiences.
  • Strong editorial judgment and a talent for creating “single source of truth” communication frameworks that build consistency and organizational memory.
  • Creative flair paired with strategic discipline: you can design flashy, attention-grabbing campaigns while still reinforcing process adherence and avoiding employee fatigue.
  • Experience developing high-visibility engagement programs, including recognition campaigns, cultural symbols (e.g., badges, awards), and site-based competitions.
  • Comfort producing a wide mix of content formats—videos, digital signage, leadership messages, progress trackers, and storytelling pieces.
  • Hands-on experience with digital communication channels, including onsite screens, intranet channels like viva engage, broadcast tools, success stories, and multimedia production.
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to partner closely with leadership and influence cross-functional teams.
