Prepares and concludes sourcing contracts based on customer requirements at the most beneficial conditions whilst ensuring quality and on-time delivery. Focus on business-specific Procurement. JOB: Working Student Strategic Procurement- PP CAPEX SE support
Located in Pamplona or Madrid
In this new role you will:
o Support Commodity strategies to ensure long-term, cost-efficient supply of materials or services.
o Contribute to implement and ensure usage of globally defined methods, processes and systems to ensure high process efficiency and process compliance (e.g. Procurement guidelines, IT systems, etc.).
o Support in RfQ preparation inside the ECM Process though Ariba system.
o Execute the upload and update the prices in SAP (RBP, GEP, etc.)
o Support with the generation of reports related to implemented savings and make results transparent.
o Execute Supplier Management processes (e.g. registration in SGRE tools, qualification, selection, evaluation, development, classification).
o Execute Components Homologation processes
o Ensure a close cooperation with Internal Stakeholders to ensure customer care and early involvement.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…
o Bachelor’s degree in TechBusiness Administration, Economics or Finance. Please submit your enrollment certificate as well.
o Previous work experience as a working student/intern would be preferable but it is not mandatory.
o Fluency in English (C1) both orally and in writing.
o Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel). SAP RBP and GEP would be a plus but it is not mandatory.
o A person who is organized, detail oriented, precise in his/her style of work and self-driven.
o Very good communication and analytical skill
