Develops, proposes and / or implements policies, methods, processes or programs regarding various HR functional areas, and advises managers and / or employees accordingly for (an) assigned organization(s).
What is the challenge?
As part of the team, you will give support to following topics:
  • Conducts research and analyses on projects or programs.
  • Communicates HR services, initiatives, and programs.
  • Responds to inquiries related to HR and company policies and procedures.
  • Maintains, develops, proposes, and implements HR and company policies, procedures, and other guidelines.
  • Supports employees and managers in understanding and being compliant with HR policies and guidelines.
  • Support HR Services projects including payroll activities
  • Understand our core processes using our HR management tool Workday
What are we looking for?
  • You may have studied in the direction of Business Administration, Psychology / HR or had comparable education
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills
  • It would be great if you’ve worked in corporate environment within the general HR field or HR services department
  • Knowledge of design platforms
  • Knowledge of Excel and Data analysis is beneficial
  • Knowledge of Workday is beneficial
  • You will have excellent organization skills, with an eye for detail
  • The ability to translate complex content into visual and compelling presentations and present confidently
  • External interpersonal skills, and the ability to connect and communicate efficiently with various people in- outside the organization
  • Keen to learn and further develop your skills
Expected location for the position: Madrid.
