For our Project Management Office team at Onshore we are looking for a Data Management Specialist. The main responsibility is to assist in the design, development, maintenance and management of global analytical solutions based on the MS offices 365 application environment.
Among these tasks would be the development of reports and dashboards from data sources of different origin (specific databases, excel files, access, sharepoint lists...), the development of applications for the collection and management of data and the programming of process automation flows.
How to contribute to our vision
  • Properly analyses data sources to identify potential reliability or usability limitations and propose solutions to address them.
  • Apply sampling techniques to effectively identify and define the ideal categories to be surveyed.
  • Create visualization of dashboards and/or reports for PM management to use as a source of effective information, decision making and performance monitoring.
  • Maintenance and further development of existing VBA/Excel-tools, reports and transferring them into Power Bi- PowerApps solution.
  • Creation of user documentation and training documents as part of the improvement projects.
What you need to make a difference
  • You hold a high degree in IT or similar.
  • You hold a master’s degree in BI and Big Data.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office application environment: Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, Teams.
  • Have an advanced / expert Excel (+VBA) level
  • Experience in working with MySQL and SQL databases.
  • You know how to get things done through strong communication skills. You take responsibility
