Position Overview
We are looking for a Logistic Manager, who will lead a Supply Chain / Logistics organization, define, and implement Supply Chain / Logistics strategy, standards, and guidelines in area of responsibility. Experience in certification of product functional/mechanical/electrical/blade requirements as per IEC 61400-x normative and IECRE requirements. Manages and contributes to overarching SC / Logistics programs and initiatives
Relocation may be offered for this role should it be necessary.
Responsibilities:
  • Deploys SC / Logistics Strategy according to superior strategy.
  • Defines and ensures implementation of SC / Logistics standards, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Takes care for effective risk management measures.
  • Ensures efficiency of SC / Logistics operations.
  • Takes final decision on SC / Logistics unit organization, unit related budgets and decides resource allocation.
  • Responsible for SC / Logistics related KPIs.
  • Heads organization assigned and led all related management and staff.
  • Acts as personal advisor to unit's Executives and Senior Management in all SC / Logistics related issues.
Required Knowledge/ Skills, Education, and Experience
  • Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
  • We are looking for a person with experience in Logistic management and working with Logistics suppliers.
  • The candidate will oversee a team will have approximately 5 direct reports but be responsible for total department of 30+ employees.
  • Level of English: C1 (both written and spoken).
  • Must have: Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Strong SAP knowledge
  • Work experience: more than 5 years in a similar position.
  • Studies: Bachelor´s degree or strong relevant experience.
