How to contribute to our vision
We are looking for Project Manager for Onshore & Nearshore Projects.
You will be responsible to designs, develops and manages customer projects, according to defined Project Management (PM) standards and customer requirements, and with responsibility for economic results.
You will be reporting to Head of PM Hub SEA.
Some of the key areas we want you to be involved in include:
  • Primary focus with the projects heavily involved with South East Asia business elements which will be assigned by the manager, to lead, manage and coordinate on reasonable and feasible solutions reaching final contractual closure. In order to do so, it may require leadership over a group of project managers as well as the functional team members under PM@SGRE Project Execution Operating Model.
  • Consults with customers on technical solutions, together with Sales Manager or Key Account Manager.
  • Clarifies customers´ targets and requirements, and/or specification in request for proposal (RFP).
  • Prepares participation in tender, and leads negotiation with customers.
  • Coordinates overall planning of the project and decides on allocation of resources.
  • Clarifies specification and continuously liaise with accountable Project Manager Internal.
  • Monitors milestone and adherence to budgets, and initiates actions to minimize non-conformance cost.
  • Maintains constant communication to customers, outside contractors or other stakeholders.
  • May coordinate agreed commissioning measures onsite, together with Site Engineering Management.
  • Adheres to PM standards and Business Conduct Guidelines (e.g. Tax regulations, Export Control, EHS).
  • Manages and coordinates all temporarily assigned project staff.
What you need to make a difference

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management preferably within Wind, Construction or Oil & Gas industry
  • Minimum 10 years Previous experience in in Construction and civil works will be ideal.
  • Educational Background: Engineering or MBA will be added advantage
  • Certificate in PM preferred
  • Able to provide multi-cultural support
  • Leadership skills and experience of handling the team
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Flexible to Travel - 10% (within South East Asia region)
