How to contribute to our vision
  • Prepares and concludes Ariba Sourcing Activities.
  • Support procurement in Ariba Sourcing Processes and Negotiation
  • Support Functional Excellence team in ARIBA Registration and Ariba Qualification suppliers.
  • Ensures a close cooperation with Internal Customers (requestors) to ensure customer care and early involvement in every process related from ARIBA Sourcing Suite tool
  • Prepares and conclude process documentation, process flows charts, role and responsibilities matrix, training material updates, and upload / implement it in all procurement sites.
  • Support to process owners in training documentation and training sessions.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…
  • You should be an enrolled student in Economical studies
  • You should have knowledge in Office tools, mainly Excel and Visio, Power Point and Word.
  • Language: English (high level) B2 to C1
  • Project knowledge: Work with projects, execution timelines and sprints.
  • Reporting skills: good skills in reporting tools, Excel
  • Presentation / Training skills: good communication skills to have meetings and conversation with internal teams to ensure the Procurement corporate documents and messages to internal and external customer in digital environments.
