As a Senior Lean Manager Pre-Assembly you will driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across Pre-Assembly site by applying Lean principles, ensuring efficient resource utilization, streamlined processes, and high-quality standards while supporting sales, contractor management, and onboarding activities.
How You Make An Impact
- Coordinate the daily construction activities at the project site with the objective of ensuring all activities comply with project quality plans, specifications, site programs, and meet all safety standards and legal requirements.
- Plans the activities in order to effectively use resources to meet construction program.
- Reviews specification drawing in order to resolve any discrepancies or conflicts.
- Monitors materials, equipment and manpower on site in order to ensure that the appropriate materials are available to meet the construction program timing.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, JIT, VSM) and their application in construction/pre-assembly environments.
- Project Management: Ability to plan, monitor, and optimize workflows across multiple projects.
- Communication & Leadership: Skilled in stakeholder engagement, contractor negotiations, and team facilitation.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in root cause analysis, KPI tracking, and process audits.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with offshore wind pre-assembly processes, safety standards, and modular construction principles.
