For our department we are looking for a Sales Controller in Hamburg (Germany), Brande (Denmark) or Zagreb (Croatia). We are a friendly and fun team, looking for a colleague that will take responsibility for Sales Controlling tasks.
Please note that Commercial Sales in SGRE Onshore NE&ME proactively supports a good balance between work and (family) life. Our team is a diverse group of people, many with family and although this is a demanding role, you can fulfill it in a flexible manner with respected boundaries.
How to contribute to our vision
As part of the role, you will:
- Gather, analyze and present business-relevant KPIs such as order intake, revenue and cash-in collections to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Prepare weekly/monthly presentations up to regional CFO/CEO Level.
- Be responsible for high quality forecasting and budgeting of the Sales projects (Excel-based and in SAP).
- Lead cross-departmental collaboration with other functions in Sales or Controlling for the preparation of short- and long-term Forecasts.
- Have close cooperation with the NEME Sales Management Team and support the department heads with different ad-hoc inquiries.
- Give direct and daily support to Commercial Head of Sales with special projects, presentations and analysis, in return you will receive direct mentoring and the opportunity to get insights into management meetings and decision making process.
- Lead improvement of the tooling landscape with the help of visualization software (e.g. PowerBI).
- Be responsible for working student supporting PowerBI role-out.

- You hold a degree in Finance, Economics, Management or a similar field.
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in Controlling (full time/internship).
- You are analytical, result-orientated and passionate regarding numbers and have an eye for details.
- You are motivated by working in a dynamic, changing environment.
- You have very good knowledge of Excel/PowerPoint and first experience with SAP.
- Additionally, you possess fluent English skills both orally and in writing, an additional language (i.e. German or Danish) is beneficial.
- Strong experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a requirement.
- Experience with ThinkCell, PowerBI or other visualization tools would be an advantage.
