How to contribute to our vision
As our Portfolio Data Solution Lead within the Offshore Execution organization, you will be a part of the Project Portfolio Optimization (PPO) team, whose responsibility is to proactively foresee business challenges and internal consultancies on project interdependencies. Our mission is to influence stakeholders by spearheading the development of new solutions and optimization opportunities.
Your immediate responsibility in this role will be to drive development, implementation and continuous improvement of our new Portfolio analysis digital solution aimed at supporting scalability and efficiency for our growing needs.
Being both, the Product owner of this solution and a key user, your capability to map the business flow, gather and analyze the right data combined with your stakeholder management skills will enable you to successfully drive the implantation of our new solution and its future evolution. This is your opportunity to influence and impact business decision making and be part of a skilled and ambitious team.
In this role you will primarily:
  • Lead implementation of a large Portfolio analysis solution, by ensuring system and data readiness, setting up required mechanisms, operating model, and getting end users trained and onboarded to the tool.
  • Work on continuous improvement of the solution not only based on user feedback, but also your own understanding of the business processes.

  • Perform ad-hoc analysis based on management request
  • Be an internal consultant that will impact business decisions and processes with your work
  • Connect with various stakeholders across the organization and collaborate with them on management requests and deliver the right input and message for decision making
  • Be exposed to a large community handling complex projects that offer many learning opportunities and interesting insights, your work will cover the entire value chain of wind projects of a global and leading technology enterprise working across border
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for you, who wants to make real what matters and who wants to change the world to renewable energy.
The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree in a technical or business field or similar in combination with thorough practical experience. In addition, you possess:
  • Understanding data systems and projects with complex workshare
  • Problem solving mindset and strong analytical skills
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of data visualization in tools like Power BI/Tableau is a plus
  • Knowledge of supply chain planning and related digital solutions, is a plus
  • Project Management capabilities, any certification is a plus
  • Balancing your workflow from building your analysis framework to create supporting material that can enable decision making
  • Interacting pro-actively with various functions and building a network
  • Being a team player with excellent communication skills and an innovative mindset, but also the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in both oral and written English
