How to contribute to our vision:
- Grid code and project specific grid connection requirement analysis for the Onshore BU in Northern Europe & Middle East (NE&ME) region with a special focus on the German market.
- Customer requirement analysis in regards to grid connection, certification and Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) electrical system during project negotiation.
- Technical support and expertise to the customers and wind farm developers to obtain the plant certification according to the German FGW guidelines (TR3, TR4, TR8) during project execution.
- Providing technical expertise and solutions to Sales and Project execution teams.
- Technical clarifications with customers, grid operators (TSO/DSO) and wind farm developers.
- Internal alignment with key stakeholders (Technology, SCADA & Regulations, Sales and Projects).
- Representing SGRE in the relevant grid code committees and keeping up to date with the latest grid codes requirements.
What you need to make a difference:
- You have a strong technical background with B.Sc., M.Sc. or equivalent in electrical or power systems engineering.
- You have several years of experience from the wind turbine business, grid developer, grid operators, certification bodies or measurement institutes.
- Experience with German grid code and FGW certification guidelines (TR3, TR4, TR8) is an advantage.
- Excellent command and highly proficient in spoken and written German and English (C1 level).
- Ideally you have experience working with the simulation software tools DIgSILENT, PSS/E or PSCAD
- An open mind-set willing to join international environment and interested in joining an intercultural team.
