For our Offshore Construction department, we are now recruiting for a Project Manager- Harbor Development for our Port & Harbor Services Team.
The team is taking care of all logistic inside our fixed ports and responsible for planning of all construction activities on our Pre-Assembly Harbor.

How to contribute to our vision
As a Project Manager Harbor Development , you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and coordinating of technical projects throughout all stages of the Q-gate process. You will support the Senior Harbor Sales Specialist in identifying most cost effective and efficient harbors. Additionally, you will support the Senior Harbor Specialist - NM with New Market Port selection with port capability analysis (GBP, Geotechnical studies, Selected Engineering partner assistance, operational setup) and logistics setup.
Some of the tasks and responsibilities you can expect to be involved in include:
  • Perform port surveys for pre-assembly, load- out, crew harbors and Manufacturing facilities quays
  • Support tender, procurement and project teams in port negotiations, technical and commercial reviews.
  • Support Project Procurement in preparation of Lease Option Agreements & Lease Agreements in alignment with Senior Harbor Sales Specialist
  • Actively participate in the Sales handover to Projects
  • Create and maintain strategic relationships with port owners, contractors, 3rd party suppliers & operators.
  • Supporting ad-hoc support requests from project and New Market Teams.
What you need to make a difference
A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
We are also looking for
  • Civil Engineering or Maritime Engineering background
  • a relevant technical background with commercial flair or vice versa
  • You have a prior profound knowledge site and engineering, expert user AutoCAD, etc. 3d design
  • You have min. 3-5 years of experience, preferably from a similar position in an international organization
  • You should be experienced in building strong relations, solving issues in a non-confrontational way
  • You are talented at multi stakeholder management and achieve your results through great negotiation skills
  • As a person, you are structured, but at the same time you thrive in a dynamic environment
  • You are persistent, solution oriented and you possess an intercultural understanding
  • You have excellent communication and English skills, both speaking and in writing
  • People management and good communication capabilities, ability to inspire others showing commitment to achieving targets / goals.
  • Demonstrates good decision-making skills and takes responsibility for decisions taken.
  • Can develop an environment in which others can work to the best of their abilities allowing creative and innovative thoughts and ideas
