We are now recruiting a Project Documentation Manager to our hub in Hungary/Budapest.
How to contribute to our vision…
The documentation manager will identify and analyze the required project documentation according to the contract and project management plan. The Project Documentation Manager will also support the Project Manager to develop, consolidate and manage documentation requirements. This includes to ensure the administrative completeness of turbine installation with CNS Project Managers and CNS Site Managers.
The Project Documentation Manager will ensure that all project documents have the right quality and is delivered on time, making sure that the customer are satisfied. Further activities connected to customer documentation are also part of documentation manager role and adding a major value to customer projects and keep quality on a high level.

A structured and detail-oriented team player, who can have a great spirit and can motivate others under pressure. You are always to lend out a hand during high workload in the team, and always motivated to learn and develop new things. You should possess great communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis, high and low in the organization.
You would have 3+ years of experience from an administrative position, or as a project coordinator, or as a documentation manager. It will be highly valued and an advantage If you have experience working deeper with MS Office Software (e.g. Outlook, SharePoint,…), SAP and any other programming/development skills which could add a value to improve our daily work life.
Excellent level of English both written and orally is required since it is the corporate language of Siemens Gamesa, and at least intermediate level of German is expected.
