How to contribute to our vision
We company is seeking a Service Manager to join our Central Eastern Europe leadership team with responsibility for Bulgaria and Romania with possible extension to other countries in service area. You will be responsible for providing inspired leadership for operations of one of our organizations businesses, which includes making key policy and strategic decisions, developing and implementing operational policies and procedures. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practice across all levels.
Some of the key areas we want you to be involved in include:
· Safety Leadership within hub · Responsible for the performance of HSE activities for Operations · New opportunity development
- Customer satisfaction Process
- Customer relationship Management
- Management of client requests
- Responsible for the application and fulfillment of the contract signed between SGRE and the client
- Project profitability optimization
- Sharing of status reporting with the client
- Update Risk & opportunities / Perform Risk Assessment
- Set up project infrastructure & site resources team (Supported by OPS Readiness Manager)
- Create Operations Plan for activities
- Service team supervision and development
- Plan labor force for Service Operations
- Create detail training plan for SE project team
- Tracking of new Wind Farm during start-up
- Plan the contractual requirements related to customer reporting
- Customer interface for first level technical issues.
- Technical KPI management
- Escalation of operational issues
- Risk mitigation and dispute resolution
- Approval of work orders (in-house & external)
- Internal reporting
- Incident resolution
Process Improvement and Increased Facility Performance
- Plan and approve vacations, permissions and absenteeism of personnel
- Controlling the consumption of materials
- Warehouse control (Optimization of consumption of materials)
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Experience in Leadership, Project Management, Claim Management, Sales Management, Resource Management, Planning and Logistic
- Required knowledge in SAP, MS Project, Primavera, Power BI
- Required knowledge in Excel, Word, Power Point
- Driving license B category
- English (reading, writing, speaking and listening) – min C
