. How to contribute to our vision
For our Infrastructure team within the Technology organization, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated Team Lead for OT network.
As Team Lead, you will align and organize, steer and control all products and solutions development activities in the assigned part of the R&D organization with the goal of maximizing the performance of the business organization.
Your tasks will include
- Manage organization unit assigned, and lead, motivate and develop dedicated employees within networks & infrastructure
- Implement guidelines and define functional specific policies, processes or methods to fulfill the superior business strategy.
- Plan and allocate resources and budgets to relevant projects or activities.
- Accountable for all the development activities in the Network team, based on quality, time and cost, supporting the Scrum Master and the Release Train Engineer.
What you need to make a difference
Enthusiasm for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to guide the change. We are looking for you, who wants to make real what matters and who wants to change the world to renewable energy.
The ideal candidate holds an academic degree in Electrical Engineering, Network Engineering or similar in combination with thorough practical experience with
- Managing a team of network specialists
- Driving strategies for R&D within network technologies and infrastructure
- Creating technology roadmaps and visions for the future development
- Project management, coordination and good communication
- agile Scrum/SAFe environment
Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a positive result- and customer-oriented approach.
