As the Team Lead for the Offshore Blades Module, you will play a key role in shaping our strategy and establishing our market leadership. You’ll manage the lifecycle of essential components like blades and structural elements, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of blade engineers, fostering their growth and ensuring they have the skills needed for today and tomorrow.
- Drive Performance: Set clear KPIs and oversee team operations to meet budget and quality targets.
- Manage Risks: Monitor blade performance, resolve technical issues, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
- Collaborate: Work closely with other managers to optimize resources and align strategies across engineering departments.
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in wind turbine blade engineering or related fields.
- 3-5 years of managerial - team lead experience, primarily mentoring technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of composite materials and structural mechanics.
