We are looking for a Team Assistant to join our administration team at Plant Brande.
We are a small team of 5 and have a really good work environment with around 500 good colleagues in the Plant that we support with different administrative tasks.
How to contribute to our vision
The role as a team assistant will be a part of an administration team with many different tasks like:
- Travel booking and expenses
- Onboarding external workers, time registration reports etc.
- Creating Purchase Orders
- Invoice handling
- Support in administrational tasks
- Maintaining SharePoint sites
- Monthly reporting and follow ups
- Different ad hoc tasks
What you need to make a difference
Besides a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change, we are also looking for:
A motivating team player, who is resilient, responsible, and structured with excellent communication skills. You interact with stakeholders high and low in the organization as well as external stakeholders. You are motivated by providing quality results within the deadlines and are happy to work in a dynamic organization and environment.
Furthermore, as a person, you are systematic, well-organized, service-minded and flexible, and you can work independently as well as in teams.
You have good coordination skills, a good overview and attention to detail.
You are stable, responsible and approachable - you engage in the tasks you are given.
You have good knowledge of the MS Office package, including Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint, as well as good English and Danish skills.
It is a big advantage if you thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are familiar with working in large organizations. It is therefore important that you have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
