In our Offshore Technology department we are currently looking for a Strategy and Business Developer to join our team in Brande, Denmark.
How to contribute to our vision
As our new Strategy and Business Developer for Offshore Technology, reporting to the Head of Technology (SGRE OF TE), you will provide proactive, comprehensive business support to the Head of OF TE, including ideation of levers for improvements. In this position, you will define and drive important projects across TE in close collaboration with the members of the OF TE management team.
As the Strategy and Business Developer, you will fulfill a governance role and ownership of the TE strategy and drive and orchestrate TE management reporting. You will provide support to the TE Management team for a variety of topics, e.g., management meeting preparation, management presentations, decision proposal preparation and other ad-hoc topics.
Furthermore, you will in this position prepare content, lead and follow up of all key meetings at leadership level and capture important information and action items to help facilitate accountability among key stakeholders. You will also assist with Management communication. Write, proofread, and edit correspondence, documents, and presentations as needed. Plan and coordinate assigned communication activities.
The Strategy and Business Developer will assist and communicate with management in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation, as well as prioritize conflicting needs; handling matters expeditiously, proactively, and following-through on projects to successful completion.

You interact with stakeholders high and low in the organization as well as external stakeholders. You are motivated by providing quality results within the deadlines and are happy to work in a dynamic organization and environment
We expect that you have a Bachelor´s degree in Engineering or Business/Finance and minimum 5-7 years’ experience in consulting or strategy department of a large corporate. You have demonstrated first leadership experience ideally by leading cross-functional project teams as project manager.
We expect that you have an informal and positive mind-set towards others, and the ability to establish trust-based relationships and have the ability to juggle many balls at the same time without losing sight of important details
You are as a person curious and want to learn and contribute in the organization, as well as you are good at managing different stakeholders. You know how to plan and prioritize the given tasks within the project. You are change oriented and have entrepreneurial spirit. Furthermore, it is essential that you master IT skills within MS Office especially PowerPint and Excel.
It is a big advantage if you thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are familiar with working in large organizations. It is therefore important that you have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
