How to contribute to our vision
For our Software Solution Management department, we are looking for an experienced Solution Manager at portfolio & solution level in our SAFe environment, to manage and govern the turbine documentation systems which is the baseline for our SCADA and software solutions.
The job responsibility evolves around defining strategy and roadmaps for our documentation systems in collaboration with business owners. You will work closely with product owners and product managers from several SAFe Agile Release Trains to ensure adherence to established procedures.
With your deep technical insight, you will function as an advisor on industry-specific requirements for documentation to both internal and external stakeholders, using all of your strong project management skills and communication to both customers and technical teams.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for you, who wants to make real what matters and who wants to change to world to renewable energy.
The ideal candidate holds an academic degree within Computer Science, IT, Engineering or similar in combination with thorough practical experience with:
- Defining strategies for CMS and documentation software solutions and align with corporate governance
- Product or Solution Management at portfolio and solution level SAFe methodologies
- Documentation policies and standards from Wind or similar industries (RDS-PP, ISO/TS 81346-10, ISO/TS 81346-3)
- Technical Project Management (for example governance solutions, process improvement & implementation or similar)
Most importantly, you understand how to manage roadmaps and strategies within electronic systems, and can drive and implement plans and projects. You have a high professional competency and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
