In the Global Warranty Management team, we are looking for a Senior Warranty Manager to be located in our Brande office, Denmark, to support the high growth of business in OFF worldwide.
We are a dedicated team who is looking for a colleague who efficiently and competently can lead and negotiate in contract and claim management in both technical, commercial and legal matters.
How to contribute to our vision
The warranty manager needs the ability to manage complex cases and urgent matters and ensure alignment with internal and external business partners. You will provide business-oriented solutions and directions to complex issues to the business and therefore you need the ability to be able to evaluate all risks in accordance to guidelines to avoid exposing the company to unacceptable risks.

The Warranty Manager will proactively initiate preventive actions on risk mitigation. Furthermore, you will support the team in defining and implement new strategical projects to ensure efficiency and developments in organization

What you need to make a difference
Besides a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change, we are also looking for:

An open-minded and strong team player, with excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders. You are proactive and thrive in delivering results with a high standard. Ability to understand legal, commercial and technical issues of high complexity. Ability to influence and build relationships with all stakeholders in a global organisation. Besides being a strong team player, we are also looking for an independent person.

Furthermore, you have a strong technical background at bachelor’s or master’s level, combined with min. 5+ years' professional experience with multinational customers preferable from the wind industry. You have significant experience in contract & claim management and working knowledge of FIDIC (yellow book) is desirable.

You are as a person curious and want to learn and contribute to the organization, as well as you are good at managing different stakeholders. You know how to plan and prioritize the given tasks within the project.

It is a big advantage if you thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are familiar with working in large organizations. It is therefore important that you have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.

You possess strong analytical and outstanding communication skills and are fluent in English, Danish both orally and in writing.
