In project execution for Northern Europe and the Middle East an international team of approx.. 200 motivated employees focus on, that we deliver to our customers in time, budget and quality. Would you like to join our group of 16 Project Managers for Northern Europe based in one of our 4 locations in Brande - Denmark, Stockholm - Sweden, Helsinki – Finland or in Hamburg Germany
How to contribute to our vision
Our Project Managers are realizing the contracts for windfarms that have been signed between Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE) and the customer. The typical contracts would include manufacture, transport and installation up to final commissioning of wind turbines at the customers project site.
You will be at the spot where everything comes together and we make green energy a reality. You will interact closely with construction sites and ensure every puzzle piece fits together so we realize these projects in time. You will consult with customers on technical solutions.
In this role you will have the full responsibility for execution of Onshore Wind projects in United Kingdom, Ireland, Finland and Scandinavia. You will coordinate the overall planning of the projects and decide on allocation of resources. You will monitor milestones and adherence to budgets, and initiate actions to minimize non-conformance cost. You will manage and coordinate all temporarily assigned project staff.
Travelling to customer sites can be expected approximately on a monthly basis.

The ideal candidate has Master degree within a relevant area – it would be a great advantage if you have a technical background.
You have a proven track record of project management experience (minimum 5 years) in the Wind industry – and you have a project management certification IPMA level B
As you will be in constant communication with customers, outside contractors or other stakeholders it is very important the you are an excellent communicator and have structured approach to your work.
