In the Service Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) department, we define and develop the portfolio of products and services which bring value to our customers throughout the lifetime of their assets. It is our aim to build trust-based partnerships with our customers and to keep their turbines turning, learning and earning even more.
- As OT Cybersecurity Product Manager in our Power Plant Solutions product line, your role will be to manage and define the products, solutions and/or services that are assigned and to ensure the business performance across the whole product lifecycle.
- Being the Product Manager is to have the role of entrepreneur and to be responsible for understanding the markets and customers as well as the requirements from relevant stakeholders in order to develop a comprehensive product offering and product strategy, through its entire lifecycle.
- You shall be prepared to create product roadmaps that address customer cybersecurity needs within the area of Operational Technologies (OT) now and in the future, and you shall be ready to execute our strategies and implement new projects.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to promote the change. We are looking for you, who wants to make real what matters and who wants to change the world towards renewable energy.
The ideal candidate has minimum 5 years of demonstrated practical experience with
- Cybersecurity product management (PLM) and product strategy development
- Cybersecurity customer care and sales/tendering
- Developing product roadmaps and implementing strategies
- Coordination and effective delegation of work tasks among your colleagues
Most importantly is your passion for security and protection. You have a high professional competency and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a positive result- and customer-oriented approach.
Other criteria for consideration:
- You possess a master’s degree and have a strong commercial foundation combined with demonstrated understanding of information technology systems.
- Furthermore, you have 2-5 years of relevant experience within the energy industry, preferably from a utility, financial investor, consultancy company or OEM.
- You possess a great interest in understanding the business models and requirements of customers, and in identifying opportunities to create value for them.
- You thrive in a high change, agile environment of shifting priorities and numerous obligations.
- You are experienced in gathering and managing project or product requirements.
- You have solid experience with both commercial and technical risk management and are familiar with change management.
- As a person you are experienced and possess a positive vision and an innovative mindset. You are customer oriented, structured and analytical in your approach and not afraid of making independent decisions.
- You can demonstrate advanced English skills, orally and in writing, as well as profound networking and communication skills across organizational levels and cultures.
