We are looking for a Power Curve Portfolio Manager for Rotor Performance department, who is dedicated to the development of our future products. The department consists of 37 highly skilled engineers with a multi-cultural background and is responsible for modeling, validation, and optimization of the performance of our wind turbines. Rotor Performance is a part of the Blades department in Technology Development. This position is part of the team located in our Technology office in Brande.
How to contribute to our vision
As Power Curve Portfolio Manager, you are expected to be a single point of contact for Sales Power Curves to various stakeholders, for example:
- Product platform Chief Engineers
- Product portfolio management
- Siting and technical sales
- Warranty management
- Third Party validation suppliers
You will be supporting the projects and roadmaps in the Rotor Performance department, aligned with our stakeholders. Furthermore, you are expected to manage technical sessions with customers related to Power Performance.
The role requires a broad value chain focus with contributions to new product development and customer value optimization.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for a candidate with technical sales experience, ideally in the field of Power Curves and wind turbine/farm performance. You have an engineering degree (PhD/MSc) in a relevant field. A good understanding of wind turbine aerodynamics is a plus but not requirement.
Excellent English skills, both orally and in writing, are a must in our international team, and it is of highest importance that you can communicate your results in a clear and convincing manner. Furthermore, you have a result oriented and structured approach to your work, can handle multiple assignments simultaneously without losing overview. You are driving your work independently and collaborate effectively with numerous stakeholders.
