How to contribute to our vision
We are looking for a resource especially for the main shaft refurbishment mainly for geared turbines. We expect you to have completed an education as a Mechanical Engineer or Production Engineer with several years of experience in mechanical construction. You will become part of a dedicated Repair Engineering team supporting the Repair Business Line 4. The team is newly created and will be closely cooperating with the Service department, the Global Overhaul Solutions department and the Regions.
Tasks:
  • Design of refurbishment solutions for main shaft (mainly geared)
  • Get the design solution verified and validated according to processes
  • Final approval of solution according to processes incl. Part number structure
  • Create Work Instructions for the refurbishment solutions
  • Validate and continue following up on performance of 3rd party refurbishment centers
  • Main contact to Refurbishment Center in Denmark for Non-Conformity Requests etc
Other requirements:
  • Willing to travel as needed
