The vision of our System and Business Integration department is to realize the full potential of IT in the Onshore business unit and drive a new era of processes & systems integration. Our mission is to support business to gain maximum output by developing and installing a true E2E system landscape.
We provide governance to assure highly effective business processes, data and related IT applications across all ON business unit with its regions and interfacing organizations utilizing and improving the required IT system landscape.
Our team is thereby driving digitalization and enhancing the digital capabilities in our organization.
For our System and Business Integration team in Onshore, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated IT Integration Expert to join one of our locations in Denmark or Spain.
How to contribute to our vision
As an Integration Expert within Siemens Gamesa, you will complete a range of professional duties as:
Support ERP systems with day-to-day requirements from end- and key-users.
Drive key user communities for collecting, discussing and evaluating new requirements.
Support Integration Architect on activities regarding Planning & Scheduling programs / tools.
Coordinate activities with second integration expert of Planning & Scheduling capability.
SAP S/4 HANA Global Roll-out Project responsibilities:
Template/Global:
  • Drive global template development
  • Keep updating & creating new documentation to support key users and end users (e.g., FUSE learning plans)
  • Support in testing new template GAPs deployments
  • Enriching BPML (business process master list) with new processes
Deployment to multiple countries/sites:
  • Change Impact Analysis sessions: support in Planning & Scheduling area to identify main processes changes to coordinate with Onshore Business Unit process owners.
  • Raise new GAPs where processes do not match the global template.
  • UAT: User acceptance tests coordination support
  • Hypercare support
  • Guide on available training materials to the key users and end users.
  • Support business in process optimization activities
Active Risk Management (ARM)
  • Support deployment in Onshore
  • Participate in Global key user meetings to evaluate changes and raise change requests when needed
  • Coordinate implementation of CR’s in terms of testing and deployment

  • Support implementation of o9. (Interface design to other systems, SIT, UAT)
  • Take part in further design and roll out of the solution in corporation with business process owners
Primavera
  • Drive key user community together with the process owner
  • Evaluate and raise change requests for new requirements
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…
Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering or IT.
Extended experience with SAP (PP/MM, APO, PP/DS modules)
Experience with the following applications is an advantage:
  • Primavera
  • Risk Management applications
  • Power BI
  • O9
  • (Oasis / SAPP)
At least 5 years’ experience in IT projects and SAP roll-out projects
Good communication and organization skills
Ability to work under pressure and navigate through a dynamic environment
Detail oriented, self-maintained with ownership of their own tasks
Previous experience working in an international, multi-cultural organization
Fluent in English; Spanish would be a benefit
Ability to travel occasionally for 2-4 weeks durations up to 15% / year (depending on pandemic situation).
Flexible working hours due to projects in different time zones.
