. How to contribute to our vision
Due to merger of the regional SCM organizations to a global team, we are looking for a global leader of the finance SCM organization, to work closely together with the global SCM organization.
The SCM organization is responsible of delivering and repairing parts for scheduled and unscheduled service from the global and regional inventories to the wind farms across the world. This role can be based in any region and the successful candidates will be based in their local location. What matters is a candidate with the right skill set, experience, and the right attitude.
The leader should work closely with the SCM business leadership team, with particular focus to
- Ensure transparency of the financial plan for balance sheet, cash flow, cost and EBIT of the organization.
- Drive change to harmonize and standardize SCM related finance processes worldwide, as part of rolling out one global SAP system.
- Take the lead in setting the appropriate finance business model and finance governance of the world-wide Supply Chain organization in Service.
- Performance controlling of the departments within SCM, e.g., Logistics, Warehouse, Repair workshops and Planning, driving accountability into the organization.
- Optimize and execute monthly closing tasks.

- Demonstrated leadership skills in a global organization, if you have worked in a country or regional setup, with interest in global perspectives it could just as well be relevant.
- Demonstrated process acumen and optimization projects of SCM related business processes, ideally in an SAP environment.
- Knowledge and experience with accounting related to inventory, e.g. risk allowances of inventory and transfer pricing.
