How to contribute to our vision
For our Cybersecurity Solution & Governance team within the Service Software department, we are looking for a Cybersecurity Architect for OT for contributing to the implementation of a system-wide security architecture in the control system and the related product roadmaps.
The team is a dedicated security team within our Software Solutions division. The team contributes to the business objectives in terms of customer requirement engineering, Cybersecurity roadmaps, architectural development & finally Cybersecurity governance including related processes.
As a Security Architect, you will work at overall system level making sure that the overall security concept is understood and implemented by the different subsystem teams to ensure that a consistent security level is reached. For this task, strong collaboration with other architects and engineers is required in order to transform the overall security strategy and portfolio solutions into reality and with the subsystem teams to ensure a proper implementation.
We are strongly driven by standards and regulations but also focusing on business opportunities in terms of products and features creating value. Tasks include:
  • Contribute with the implementation of best practice & industry accepted security architecture on solution level typically based on standards like IEC 62443 & NERC CIP
  • Analyze and provide SCADA solution proposals for customers
  • Support software development teams with system-related requests
  • Contribute in the secure development lifecycle by conducting technical risks analysis and reviews
  • Provide technical documentation of the Cybersecurity solutions.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for you, who wants to make real what matters and who wants to change to world to renewable energy.
The ideal candidate holds an academic degree in network infrastructure, system engineering, computer science or similar in combination with thorough practical experience with
  • Designing and implementing secure infrastructures preferably in the field of industrial control systems or similar
  • Driving and aligning architectural development and principles in system context with many different contributors
  • Taking responsibility in order to improve and meet customer expectations in an industry that is undergoing major changes due to legislation and high impact business.
Most importantly, you understand systems security and how it relates to our business, and understand how to communicate needs between corporate and technical staff. You have a high professional competency and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
