For our Onshore Product Integration team we are looking for an experienced Fleet Support & Performance Program Manager (FS&P PM), who will become part of our experts 5X Platform team.
How to contribute to our vision
The Onshore Production Integration team is reporting to the Head of Platform. Platform owns the end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management, provisioning product design and development of turbines, the Engineering Master Data (BoM) and Engineering Change Management (ECM).
By delegation from Platform, FS&P PM main mission is to grant proper action and Platform’s support along the complete value chain of SGRE, so customer/market expectations about turbines fleet’s operation (commissioning times, availability) and performance are met and SGRE competitiveness is enhanced. This is realized by defining improvement action plans to face and fix findings from logistics, installation, commissioning and operation of the turbines fleet; securing health and safety, implementation through the ECM and related BoM releases. The improvement action plans are to be constructed by means of on-field data and root-cause analyses. Enhancement actions plans are to be constructed based on inputs from Chief Engineers and at view of opportunities identified along fleet operation. Proper monetization of this plan is to be done. For this, the FS&P PM will be supported by a functional team of FS&P Project Managers, OEN modules force, and the development and design team (or ad hoc team) as provided by the Platform/Modules.
Main interfaces are: Procurement, Manufacturing, Construction, Service and Quality.

A highly committed and resolutive person with experience in leading and managing multicultural and diverse teams, with a client, quality and delivery determined orientation. Excellent communication skills are to be observed, as well as capabilities for agreements facilitation, pro-activeness and analytical and sharp logical thinking.
We imagine that you have worked in wind industry or aeronautics for over 5 years. PM certification, 6-Sigma belt certification and experience in problem-solving and root-cause analysis methods and tools are an advantage, but not mandatory. Essentially, experience with problem-solving and with project management, of groups of projects, is really expected.
