How to contribute to our vision
For our Onshore Product Integration team, we are looking for an experienced Technical System Engineer for product configuration, who will become part of our expert 5X Product Integration team.
The Onshore Product Integration team is reporting to the Head of the Platform. Platform owns the end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management, provisioning product design and development of turbines, the Engineering Master Data (BoM) and Engineering Change Management (ECM).

The Onshore Product Integration team is reporting to the Head of the Platform. Platform owns the end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management, provisioning product design and development of turbines, the Engineering Master Data (BoM) and Engineering Change Management (ECM).
By delegation from Platform and reporting to the 5X PIN Product Certification and Configuration Manager, PC&C ECM Technical PM’s main mission is to:
Lead the change request management
  • Support and quality check through all ECM phases
  • Check information consistency (trigger, reason, impact, criticality and containment.)
  • Check all information is available to take a decision
  • Activate reviewers before Decision Points
  • Check reviewers’ comments and support on resolution
  • Change notes signature follow up Decision Points agendas, meetings & MoMs
  • Change Implementation Plan
Deployment and development of the ECM procedure
  • Procedure updates/reviews
  • Identify tool adaptations
  • Guidelines and trainings
  • Publish KPIs
Support on product change management for product improvements. Ensure integrity and deployment of the solutions, delivered by modules. Look out for coordinated planning for changes implementation.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense of the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for:
  • BSc or MSc in Mechanical or Electric Engineering
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, team management and highly proactive.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands to meet deadlines.
We are also looking for...
A highly pragmatic, committed and resolutive person with experience in leading and managing multicultural and diverse teams, with a client, quality and delivery-determined orientation.
Excellent driving and communication skills are to be observed, as well as capabilities for agreements facilitation, motivation to drive technical issues until their solution, pro-activeness and analytical and sharp logical thinking. Experience in mechanical design processes, virtual product management, system engineering and risk management. Preferable with Electrical/Mechanical background.
We imagine that you have worked in the wind industry, oil and gas, automotive or aeronautics for over 5 years as a system engineer. Actual experience in the wind industry is preferable.
