How to contribute to our vision
For our Onshore Product Integration team, we are looking for an experienced Certification Technical Project Manager to support the certification projects in the context of Research & Development related to Wind Turbine under IEC.
The Onshore Product Integration team is reporting to the Head of the Platform. Platform owns the end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management, provisioning product design and development of turbines, Product Certification, Configuration, Performance and Cost.
Additional responsibilities include:
  • Adds value by analyzing the product roadmap and design specs and deploying a certification strategy for the platform baseline products and their variants.
  • Define and execute Certification Plan (scope, budget, planning), interfacing with design teams and certification bodies.
  • Secures the Certificates within the defined project requirements (e.g., cost, time, quality, functionality), ensuring timely decisions on open issues, and escalating if necessary.
  • Internal procedures, project development PLM deliverables and international Standards must be observed.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense of the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for:
  • BSc or MSc in Mechanical or Electric Engineering
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, team management and highly proactive.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands to meet deadlines.

A highly pragmatic, committed and resolutive person with experience in leading and managing multicultural and diverse teams, with a client, quality and delivery-determined orientation.
Excellent driving and communication skills are to be observed, as well as capabilities for agreements facilitation, motivation to drive technical issues until their solution, pro-activeness and analytical and sharp logical thinking. Experience in mechanical design processes, virtual product management, system engineering and risk management. Preferable with Electrical/Mechanical background.
We imagine that you have worked in the wind industry, oil and gas, automotive or aeronautics for over 5 years as a system engineer. Actual experience in the wind industry is preferable.
