You will support the Maintenance Documentation function by ensuring that documentation required to maintain the wind turbine fleet is accurately translated, validated, and distributed to maintenance technicians globally.

The role requires working within a global team to manage technical documentation workflows across PLM and distribution systems. You will analyze, review, and coordinate translated documentation, ensuring data integrity and timely availability while contributing to continuous improvements and automation in processes.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Analyze new and updated maintenance documentation that requires translation and upload it to the distribution system
  • Create and manage codes for translated documents in the PLM system
  • Check and maintain metadata integrity of translated documents within the PLM system
  • Review, revise, and approve translated documents ensuring quality and consistency
  • Support the distribution process of maintenance documentation to technicians
  • Clean up and complete metadata of maintenance documentation in the distribution system
  • Drive process efficiency by identifying opportunities for automation and improved workflows
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate documentation delivery


What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in managing technical documentation
  • Strong communication skills with excellent English proficiency (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in IT tools and PLM systems, especially Microsoft Office 365, Teamcenter, and Windchill
  • Strong IT mindset with a focus on automation and process optimization
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and task execution
  • Proactive and structured approach to work and assignments
  • Ability to network and collaborate across international teams
  • Eagerness to learn new processes, tools, and systems
  • Strong interest in renewable energy and contributing to sustainability initiatives

You will be part of the Maintenance Documentation department within the Service Business unit, working in a global and collaborative environment. The team is focused on ensuring high-quality, accessible documentation to support wind turbine maintenance operations worldwide.
