How to contribute to our vision
The team lead will lead the Low Voltage team within the Electrical Module organization. The main scope of the Electrical Module will be handling of non-conformity issues, developing retrofits and upgrades and knowledge sharing.
Key Tasks:
- Leads, develops and motivates a group of dedicated qualified employees and professionals functionally to achieve the targets
- Ensures adherence to defined guidelines, processes and procedures, for the Engineering Team assigned
- Responsible for the education and training of the assigned employees
- Provides suitable work environment and implements people management processes
- May plan and allocate resources and budgets to Engineering projects or activities
- Take part on internal and external stake holder meetings
- Represent the Electrical Module within the SGRE organization
- Support Claim Management during negotiations
What you need to make a difference
- Over all Experience of 12 - 15 years
- Most likely have a Bachelors/ Master degree within Electrical Engineering, or similar, giving you excellent analytical skills and a broad business knowledge
- Preferably 5+ years of relevant experience in the wind energy business. Experience with developing solutions for electrical issues related to service
- Ideally you have 3 - 5 years’ experience in leading people and teams
- Have a high degree of personal integrity, an ability to work in changing environments and on multiple projects simultaneously, inspiring people while respecting their work-life balance
- Speak and write English effortlessly
- This role requires travel, both domestically and internationally, up to 10% per Year

- Electrical components exposure like Circuit Breaker (ACB, MCCB, MCB, MPCB, RCCB), Power Contactor, OLR, Fuses, Power supply Unit, Surge Protection devices, UPS, Battery, Control transformers, Drives, Electrical Motor, Cables, and switchgear items.
- Automation components exposure like PLC processors, IO Modules, Communication modules and Signal converters.
- Field Instruments and Sensor exposure like Proximity sensors, Encoder, Wind Speed and direction sensors, LVDT, IP Telephones, Process sensors (Level, Temp & Pressure Sensor)
