We are looking for a dedicated Rotor Performance Engineer who can contribute towards the development of our next generation products and technologies. The rotor performance team consists of highly skilled engineers with a multi-cultural background and is responsible for modeling, validation, and optimization of the performance of our wind turbines.
Furthermore, the team contributes to our future rotor design and validation technologies. The team is a part of the Blades department in Offshore Technology Development and located in our Engineering center, Bangalore.

We are looking for a dedicated Machine Learning Expert for Rotor Performance team, who can contribute towards the development of our next generation products and technologies. The rotor performance team consists of highly skilled engineers with a multi-cultural background and is responsible for modeling, validation, and optimization of the performance of our wind turbines. Furthermore, the team contributes to our future rotor design and validation technologies. The team is a part of the Blades department in Offshore Technology Development and located in our Engineering center, Bangalore.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Developing Machine Learning models for wind farm performance assessments.
- Developing tools and methods to enhance our analysis and validation capabilities.
- Master or Ph.D. in Aerospace/Mechanical/Electrical engineering. Knowledge and prior experience with wind turbines will be great to have.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Machine learning modelling.
- Demonstrated fundamental knowledge in Machine learning algorithms and engineering applications
- Ability to write and manage complicated codes in Python.
- Experience in handling global projects with complex cross functional interfaces.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in team environment.
- Should be structured and organized and able to handle change management.
- Should be outgoing, determined, and persistent with strong collaboration skills.
